While the merger process will take approximately six months to fully complete, our executive leadership team is committed to supporting Lodi and growing together as we advance Dove Healthcare's mission and confidently step into this next era.

As a licensed skilled nursing center with a capacity to serve 50 residents, our core services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care.

Whether your stay at our nursing home is short-term or long-term, you will receive care by skilled nurses and certified nursing assistants twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We collaborate with your physician and the professionals in our therapy, nutritional services, recreation, and social services departments.

Our close association with Dove Healthcare – Settlers’ Trail, located at 600 Clark Street in Lodi, assures senior independent living apartments are just a step away if needed.
