As of March 4, 2024, this location at 1800 New York Avenue in Superior, WI merged with Dove Healthcare, and the new name is Dove Healthcare – Superior.

While the merger process will take approximately six months to fully complete, our executive leadership team is committed to supporting Superior and growing together as we advance Dove Healthcare's mission and confidently step into this next era.

Full Spectrum of Care Options

As a licensed skilled nursing center, our core services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, skilled nursing, as well as long-term and end-of-life care.

Whether your stay at our nursing home is short-term or long-term, you will receive care by skilled nurses and certified nursing assistants twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We collaborate with your physician and the professionals in our therapy, nutritional services, recreation, and social services departments.
