We had a fun-filled and spooktacular Halloween! Our human slot machine was handing out plenty of tricks and treats to get the day started. In the afternoon, our wonderful friends from St. Croix Falls Elementary School came over for a costume parade. We very much enjoyed seeing all the creative costumes and smiles! After enjoying some sweet treats at our Halloween party, we got our buckets of candy ready for the trick-or-treaters. Thank you to everyone who helped make our day amazing by helping out, dressing up and coming to our trick-or-treating event!

As of March 4, 2024, this location at 750 E Louisiana St in St. Croix Falls, WI merged with Dove Healthcare, and the new name is Dove Healthcare – St. Croix Falls.

While the merger process will take approximately six months to fully complete, our executive leadership team is committed to supporting St. Croix Falls and growing together as we advance Dove Healthcare's mission and confidently step into this next era.

Full Spectrum of Care Options

As a licensed skilled nursing center with a capacity to serve 50 residents, our core services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, skilled nursing, and long-term and end-of-life care.

Whether your stay at our nursing home is short-term or long-term, you will receive care by skilled nurses and certified nursing assistants twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We collaborate with your physician and the professionals in our therapy, nutritional services, recreation, and social services departments.

Senior Independent Living Apartments at Dove Healthcare – St. Croix Falls

Dove Healthcare – St. Croix Falls also features eight 1-bedroom apartments for independent living. If you are not ready for assisted living services, but would like to move into a senior friendly residence, our apartments might be the perfect option for you. You'll appreciate knowing there are friends nearby. As an independent living apartment complex, we do not employ caregivers. As your needs change, we encourage you to access care with the support of a local home care agency of your choosing so you can continue to comfortably reside with us.
