certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility providing both
short-term and long-term care. The West location features The
Suites, Dove's Nest, and both private and semi-private rooms.

Dove Healthcare - South will open as a 50 bed Medicare certified
short-term rehabilitation facility. The South location will feature
Transitions Aquatic Therapy, a bistro with daily chef prepared
meals, and all private rooms with personal bathrooms.

Transitions is a progressive, short-term rehabilitation program
that helps residents recover quickly and return home safely.
With the opening of Dove Healthcare - South, Transitions
will offer Aquatic Therapy for both in-patient and out-patient
needs. The pool features a height-adjustable floor that
functions as an underwater treadmill.
